Terms of Service

Please use this website responsibly. Do not abuse it, scrape it unlawfully, or engage in illegal activity. Some features rely on third parties (payments, login, file hosting) and are subject to their terms. The website and related services are provided “as is”; we limit liability to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 「四叶草创业网」 website and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

If you register an account, keep your credentials secure and you are responsible for activity under that account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use or a security risk.

2) Balance, purchases, and payments

Our paid model is mainly “registered user + balance top-up + one-time purchase of source/tools”. There is no monthly VIP subscription tier. Prices and free/paid status are shown on product pages.

  • Top-up and payment: handled by third-party payment providers. Submitting payment means you accept that provider’s terms and policies. We do not store full card numbers or payment passwords.
  • Taxes: unless stated otherwise, listed prices generally exclude taxes you are legally responsible for.
  • Digital goods: after purchase and delivery of download access, refunds without cause are generally unavailable except where required by law or where we have made a written commitment. If we fail to deliver or the content materially differs from the page description due to our fault, contact us to resolve.
  • Download hosting: links may be hosted on third-party drives or object storage. Scan and back up files yourself; confirm license scope before commercial use.

3) Acceptable use

You must not (and must not allow others to):

  • violate any law or infringe third-party rights;
  • access non-public areas of the Service or interfere with security/access controls;
  • copy, scrape, crawl, bulk-index, or cache the Service or its content (except compliant search-engine crawling per robots.txt), or automate large-scale access without our prior written consent;
  • reverse engineer or decompile beyond what the law allows, or attempt to obtain non-open-source code;
  • upload malware, disrupt or overload the Service, or conduct denial-of-service attacks;
  • impersonate others or collect others’ data without consent;
  • use purchased resources for illegal purposes, or redistribute/resell beyond the license on the page (unless clearly permitted).

4) Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties such as payment providers, third-party login (e.g. Google, QQ), file hosting, and messaging. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not warrant their availability, security, or content.

5) Intellectual property

Website design, copy, trademarks, logos, software, and arrangement are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by IP law. Rights not expressly granted in these Terms or a product license are reserved.

Licenses for purchased or free source/tools are defined by the product description or accompanying license. Without prior written permission, do not use our trademarks or branding in ways that imply endorsement or partnership.

6) User content, custom work, and feedback

If you submit content via chat, tickets, or forms (requirements, materials, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display it internally to provide and improve the Service. For external marketing use, we will obtain permission where required by law or separate agreement.

You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that the content does not infringe others’ rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

Scope, delivery, acceptance, and fees for custom development are governed by separate contracts or written agreements; these Terms apply as general usage rules.

7) Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you understand we may collect and use information as described there.

8) Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that source/tools will run unmodified in every environment or meet all of your business goals.

Resources may be curated, redistributed, or from third-party authors. Perform your own security checks, compliance review, and launch validation. You are responsible for outcomes of your deployment, modification, and operation.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (A) the amounts you actually paid us for the disputed Service in the 12 months before the claim arose; or (B) RMB 500.

Some jurisdictions disallow liability limits; where so, the limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law, or misuse of the Service or purchased resources.

11) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for reasonable cause (including breach, abuse, or legal requirements), with notice when feasible. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) continue after termination.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, courts with jurisdiction at our domicile shall hear the case, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14) Contact

For questions about these Terms, use the email shown in the site footer, or the in-site chat support.
