Stack

  • Backend: Java; Redis; MySQL
  • Front: Vue; mobile Uni-app
  • Deploy: Spring Cloud for scale-out, or Spring Boot single-node (~2GB can run; prefer 2-core / 4GB+ in production)

To switch to Boot, merge each service pom-boot.xml into pom.xml, then mvn clean install / package and run the Boot artifact; front-end deploy stays the same.

Getting started

Configure communities, buildings/units, owners, and fee items, then open owner payment and repair flows; enable device modules per access-control / barrier / meter integration plans.
